  • Mailing list: email address (and confirmation status).
  • Basic logs: standard server logs from hosting/CDN providers (e.g., IP, user agent).

Why we collect it

  • To respond to enquiries and requests.
  • To send updates you explicitly opt into.
  • To prevent spam and abuse.
  • To operate and secure the website.

Processors

We use third-party services to run the site and handle forms/newsletters. These providers may process data on our behalf:

  • Hosting: Vercel (site hosting and build/deploy).
  • DNS/CDN: Cloudflare (domain/DNS and edge services).
  • Contact form: Formspree (form handling and forwarding).
  • Mailing list: Buttondown (double opt-in subscriptions and sending).

Your rights

If you are in the UK/EEA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, and to object to certain processing.

To make a request, use the contact form and select Other.

Retention

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to respond and maintain basic records. Mailing list data remains until you unsubscribe.
